Chuck Ballweg specializes in financial planning for small business owners, busy professionals and affluent retirees who want to reduce their taxes, invest for their futures and leave lasting legacies. His experience in the business-owner market has led to Prosperity Financial Group being named among the 2006 “Top Financial Planning Firms” by the East Bay Business Journal. For 17 years, he co-owned a sales and marketing firm helping business owners achieve their goals. At Prosperity Financial Group, Chuck offers his clients access to a full range of financial products and support coupled with professional advice and a commitment to excellent service.
Chuck attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison and holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science. Additionally, he has earned numerous industry credentials from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, including the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation, which reflects advanced studies in economics, finance, government and employee benefits, insurance, investments, and taxation and estate planning; the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation, which is awarded after the completion of studies relating to comprehensive financial planning and the application of insurance, investments and tax benefits to achieve long-term benefits for clients; and the Certified Financial Planner™ certification, which is earned through further study of each of the areas above, followed by a comprehensive examination. Chuck is also among a select group of individuals who have earned the Master of Science in financial services (MSFS).
Chuck and his wife, Edith, are longtime residents of Danville, California, and are active members of the Blackhawk Country Club. Chuck regularly participates in charitable and voluntary community events. He is an accomplished archer, frequently participating in archery tournaments, and a well-known bow-hunter, traveling the globe on bow-hunting safaris.
Henry (Hank) Fanger, CLU
Henry A. Fanger, CLU®, ChFC®, has more than 35 years of experience in the financial service industry and has developed an in-depth working knowledge of financial planning and investments. He has taught a retirement planning course at JFK University in Orinda, California, and has lectured numerous times on life and health insurance issues and personal financial matters at local civic organizations.
Henry received his bachelor’s degree from Washington University, St. Louis, and completed his post-graduate studies at the University of California at Berkeley with an MBA in finance. He received his Chartered Financial Consultant designation from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
Henry is a long-time resident of the San Francisco Bay area and resides in Lafayette. He and his wife, Lynn, have two daughters. Henry enjoys fly-fishing and scuba diving.
Cesar (Al) Dantes
With more than 20 years in the financial services industry, Al provides an experienced, personal approach to investment management.
Al received his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Ateneo De Manila University in the Philippines. He is actively involved in community sports programs, including the Special Olympics.
Yvette has been with Prosperity Financial Group, Inc. for 18 years. She brings a diverse professional background to the group; including years of experience in customer service management of aviation fixed based operators and flight schools. As Prosperity’s Office Manager, Yvette is responsible for managing the group’s day-to-day operations.
Yvette also oversees overall planning, systems and the efficiency of Support Services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. Yvette and her husband Joe are longtime residents of Danville, California. They enjoy spending time with their daughter and traveling.
Saralee joined the Prosperity staff in 2003 as an office assistant. She takes pride in offering superior customer service and is dedicated to meeting and exceeding the unique needs of each of our clients.
Prior to joining Prosperity, Saralee had the pleasure of gaining experience in a variety of industries including, but not limited to, retail, event planning and more than five years as a wedding cake decorator.
